How long does shipping take?

Since we ship internationally, shipping time usually takes between 5 and 14 business days. On business days we ship within 24-48 hours and we will send you a tracking number via email.

Help! I provided the wrong address. What can I do?

You should be quick. As long as we haven't hand over your order to the shipping carrier yet, we can still change your shipping address.
